Lucky lady wins £100,000 at online bingo site's birthday celebration

A bingo player has won £100,000 at Costa Bingo as part of their 3rd birthday celebrations.

Sue Fox, 55, from Hook in Hampshire, had been playing on the site for about a year when her luck came in.

At first she didn't believe she had actually won the money and had to be convinced by a chat host from Costa Bingo that it wasn't some elaborate joke.

"The news still hasn't really sunk in. The first thing I must do is buy a new car as my one is on its last legs so the money couldn't have come at a better time, but apart from that I am just going to enjoy the moment and have a little party with my family to celebrate," said Ms Fox, according to a report on Market Watch.

With all this bad weather going around, it's nice to hear of a really big jackpot win on a bingo site. At least someone is smiling through the rain!
