Wonder Bingo first hit the headlines as a free bingo app and then in March 2011 made the move to a standalone pay-to-play brand with its own unique offering of bingo games.
However, the latest news is that Wonder Bingo has been forced to drop all of its unique features due to lack of player interest and joined a network. Players at Wonder Bingo will now join others from sites such as Astro Bingo, Eyes Down Bingo and Bingonanza.
Wonder Bingo continues to run on Parlay Entertainment software but, rather than being standalone, it is now part of the Gaming Network.
In hindsight it looks like a poor move by Wonder Bingo to remove their Facebook offering just when social media is starting to get a decent ROI. Predictably an email was sent out to all players stating the move was a good thing, but we're not convinced it is. What do you think about the change at Wonder Bingo? Please leave your comments below.
